First Hotel in Florence is located right after the motorway exit Calenzano / Sesto Fiorentino, only
1.5 km from the exit Firenze Nord.
It has 127 double rooms divided into classic and superior rooms, all of them with private bath. All bathrooms have shower and some of them even a bathtub.

Classic Rooms:
cozy rooms in traditional style, mattresses and pillows designed for relaxation of our clients.
All rooms have air conditioning, wi-fi, high speed internet, minibar, TV LCD 22 inches, satellite TV, pay TV, direct dial telephone, rooms with bath or shower and, on-demand, non-smoking rooms.
Superior Rooms:
renovated rooms with light colored furniture, large desk with glass top, mattresses and pillows designed for your relaxation as well as some comfort to make your stay more pleasant: slippers, soft chenille bathrobe and a delicate fragrance line bathroom with coconut and olive oil.
Bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wi-fi high speed internet, minibar, TV LCD 22 inch direct dial telephone, satellite tv, pay tv and all the sky channels. On request rooms dedicated to smokers.
For the welfare of guests, during the "summer" is available a large pool in the garden's hotel, accompanied by sun loungers and a solarium.
First Hotel offers 7 modular conference halls (12 to 60 seats) up to a maximum capacity of the convention center to 420 seats.
The bar-restaurant is composed of 2 large rooms up to 150 people.
